In a heart-warming move to embody our core values of “Upgrade & Service,” the company officially launched the July “Thank-You Card” campaign on 1st July, inviting every employee to recognize the quiet heroes among them. The campaign runs through 31st July.
How It Works
The Givers: Managers across all departments will personally hand out "thank-you" cards, spotlighting individual contributions—whether a small process improvement or an outstanding act of customer care.
The Receivers: Every employee is eligible, with cards potentially arriving from within their team or from colleagues in another division. Recipients are encouraged to keep their cards safe. After July 31, department coordinators will tally the cards and initiate an upcoming gift-redemption phase.
"Thank-you card" are not just about saying “thank you”; they carry emotional weight and can have a lasting impact. They provide a tangible reminder of appreciation, which can be especially uplifting in challenging times. “One card is more than a ‘thank you’—it’s a burst of encouragement,” reads the company-wide announcement. “Let gratitude be the bridge that leads us forward on our shared journey of growth.”
